Shipping policy

Orders are generally shipped within 48 hours (Monday-Saturday) using UPS 1-Day Saver, 2-Day, or Ground. Ground shipping may be used when the expected delivery time stated by UPS from the QSM warehouse to the delivery address is 1 day.
